St Paul’s College provides 558 rooms for undergraduate, post graduate and academic residents at Sydney University. Consisting of two buildings, of 4 and 5 levels, all rooms are fitted with an en suite and kitchenette.

Citta Property Group contracted SYNC to build 208 bathroom pods of 10 different pod typologies, including 4 types of Disability Discrimination Act-compliant pods fitted with grab rails and wheelchair access. The pods also inlcude kitchenette, tea point and wardrobe on the exterior of the bathroom for convenience and innovative space saving.

The bathrooms feature Caroma toilets and bathroom accessories, mirrored shaving cabinets, glossy white wall tiles with grey tiled flooring and natural oak joinery.
