Now taking shape on site, the project highlights the scale, coordination, and precision behind SYNC’s advanced modular manufacturing approach — bringing together architectural intent, accessibility, and repeatable delivery at scale.

Each pod has been engineered to support efficient manufacturing while responding to the project’s architectural requirements, ensuring consistency and quality throughout every stage of delivery. Select pod typologies have also been designed in line with Livable Housing Guidelines and adaptable bathroom requirements, embedding accessibility and long-term usability into the development from day one. The project represents another step forward in SYNC’s commitment to smarter construction methodologies, delivering greater certainty, efficiency, and quality through prefabricated solutions.
