Iglu Franklin is a purpose built student accommodation project. Set across two towers of 9 and 24 storeys respectively, the buildings include 594 student beds, as well as interconnected study and social areas. Developed by off-campus student accommodation specialists, Iglu and constructed by builder Hacer Group, Iglu Franklin was the developer’s first foray into Melbourne’s student accommodation sector.
