As a part of Anglicare’s partnership with the NSW Government to build 550 affordable properties, delivered over three years, Lipman has been contracted to build Anglicare Liverpool SAHF (Social Affordable Housing Fund).

This new venture builds on Anglicare’s long history of care, especially for people who are marginalised and vulnerable.  We’ve been providing affordable rental accommodation for those in financial need for decades, but now we have the opportunity to assist even more people,” says Mr Millard.

SYNC is proud to be a part of this project, providing 141 custom bathroom pods with 9 different typologies to provide Lipman with a cost-effective and time-efficient solution.

Construction has commenced and is due to finish mid-2021. The pods feature modern materials and finishes with chrome bathroom fixtures from the Millenium Tradesman range. The project is a contemporary take on affordable housing and the first of many projects Sync is doing with Lipman.
