Bathroom and innovative laundry pods fast-track the
construction of Arris Group’s second stage in Parkland Estate

Phoenix Apartments is the second stage of the exciting 3 part development estate within the emerging community of Rouse Hill. Providing 134 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments overlooking communal facilities including park lands, lap pool and tennis courts.

Delivery for the SYNC pods will commence late January 2018. Phoenix will feature12 different pod typologies including 202 Bathroom pods and 103 Laundry pods.

The bathrooms and laundries will be manufactured offsite and delivered pre-fitted and finished, ensuring exceptional quality on time . These pods are finished with Matte White wall tiles and contrasting Mineral Dark Grey ceramic floor tiles, mirrored shaving cabinets wth concealed LED strip lighting underneath.The joinery unit consists of two Maison Oak open display cabinets, European grey splash back and white stone benchtops. The shower and bath combination are fitted with chrome plated fixtures.
