Marrick & Co is a sustainably-designed, premium residential development set on the former heritage Marrickville Hospital site, in one of Sydney’s most fashionable inner west suburbs. Marrick & Co features 220 apartments over two, nine and ten storey buildings, and offers one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and heritage homes in the old nurses’ quarter.

Sync’s sustainably constructed bathrooms help reduce overall material requirements and waste, whilst reducing transport energy by completing the entire bathroom offsite.
Sync supplied 379 bathrooms with 11 different typologies to Mirvac’s Marrick & Co, finished with wall and floor tiles, fully framed shower, freestanding bath and a fully framed powder-coated vanity and shaving cabinets. LED strip lighting and downlights add an element of sophistication.
