SYNC’s first double based bathroom pods provide express offsite solution for Holiday Inn Express hotel

The new Holiday Inn Express hotel in Southbank will be Australia’s tallest hotel to
use Hickory Building Systems’ fast-track off-site construction. The compressed construction timeline will be achieved through the integration of structural prefabrication, proprietary façade system and SYNC bathroom pods.

The 23 level hotel features 345 rooms, ground floor retail, and 330 SYNC Bathroom pods. With luxurious tiled wall and floor finishes, LED lit mirorred joinery, semi recessed basin and modern monochrome tap ware, these bathroom pods are pure
five star.

These innovative pods are SYNC’s first double based pods, with two bathoroms in one!
