286 innovative bathroom pods incorporated to streamline the construction of Bellview Hotel in Cairns

This project is a redevelopment of the existing backpacker motel and commercial building on the Cairns Esplanade and Abbott Street. The luxury hotel will feature approximately 300 hotel rooms and 286 sync pods.

In order to streamline the extensive construction process, builders Prime Constructions engaged Sync to manufacture the project’s 286 bathrooms offsite.

Bellview Hotel bathroom pods will feature Matt wall and floor tiles and a feature wall of penny round dark green tiles with a glazed finish. Joinery includes EssaStone bench top with Laminex honey elm riven finish, frosted windows, vessel basins and satin nickel finish fixtures.
