SYNC’S first domestic residential project for Mirvac’s Woodlea estate.

SYNC has been contracted to provide 36 bathroom pods with 12 different typologies for

Mirvac’s Woodlea Estate. This is SYNC’s first domestic residential project, providing bathroom pods for townhouses. Further expanding SYNC’s capability including the installation of pods onto the buildings’ posi strut flooring, incorporation of external windows and designing pod walls to be load bearing walls. The delivery of the pods have been designed to be unloaded and installed directly into final position within 10 minutes, saving valuable time onsite.

Designed by DKO Architecture, the townhouses include two colour schemes, Volare wall and floor tiles, Polytec joinery and Oliveri shower and bath fixture details.
