415 luxe Sync bathroom pods used in the construction of Deicorp’s South Village, Stage 1

South Village is a metropolis of community living, built in the heart of Kirrawee. Comprising of 7 buildings, including 14,000 sqm of retail space, South Village features 749 apartments and 9,000sqm of community parklands.

Deicorp Constructions has contracted 415 Sync bathroom pods for stage 1 of the project, with pod delivery to site commencing in October 2017. Sync encompasses 18 different design typologies, including adaptable bathrooms which convert to wheelchair accessible bathrooms with grab rails and more spacious areas.

The bathrooms feature in light and dark neutral color schemes, with light beige tiles and Polytec Maison Oak joinery, or light grey tiles with Polytec Maroso Milan joinery for the dark scheme. All shower/bath fixture details have a mirrored chrome finish, with Calacutta Primo Quartz stone benchtops and matching splash backs.
