Sydney’s largest residential project streamlines delivery with over 2000 bathroom & laundry pods.

Ryde Gardens is a major master-planned development by Country Garden featuring 3 residential towers comprising over 830 apartments.

Designed by Bates Smart, the development includes a 4,000sqm park and is the largest residential project under construction in Sydney.

In order to streamline the extensive delivery process, builders Watpac engaged Sync to manufacture the project’s 1230 bathrooms offsite. In a first for Sync, the company was also engaged to manufacture 819 separate laundry pods, complete with sinks, joinery, plumbing and service connections.
