SYNC partners with GSA Australia to deliver more student accommodation bathrooms.

With an average age of 25, Carlton has the highest student population in Melbourne. Located near the famous Haymarket Roundabout and directly opposite Melbourne University’s Faculty of Business and Economics, Pelham Street Student Accommodation in Carlton will provide an additional 244 beds to cater for the ever growing student accommodation sector.

SYNC have been contracted to provide 262 pods for this 13 storey project, encompassing 4 different bathroom designs. Featuring Caroma toilets, Phoenix bathroom accessories and mirrored shaving cabinets, these pods have been designed with a neutral colour scheme to allow resident students to personalise the space with their own touches.

These bathroom pods have a stone threshold to accommodate for the fact that set downs were not included in the slab, demonstrating the versatility of the pod no matter where you are at in the design process.
