In order to streamline the extensive construction process, developer-builders Geocon engaged SYNC by Hickory to manufacture the project’s183 bathrooms offsite.

Designed by world-renowned architects Fender Katsalidis, these bathroom pods will feature matt black wall tiles and grey floor tiles, Polytec Ravine Wenge bench tops, LED strip lighting, and mirrored splashbacks. Shower and bath fixture details are from the Gareth Ashton and Geberit collection.
