Luxury Mercure Hotel to feature 166 curved window bathroom pods.

Melbourne’s newest Mercure Hotel will be located atop of a new Bunnings Warehouse and is within walking distance to Westfield Doncaster Shopping Centre. The luxury hotel will feature a restaurant and bar, alfresco dining space, sundeck, fitness centre, rooftop pool, function room complete with an outdoor terrace and ample car parking.

Interiors designed by KREAT Architects, the 166 bathroom pods will feature a curved glass window to let light in and maximise the space of the hotel room. The design concept is based around remembering the past, incorporating elements of brass and wood to pay homage to the history of Melbourne.

The bathroom pods for repeat client Buildcorp Commercial will be fitted with a large floating vanity counter, Streamline Arcisan Brass fixtures and fittings, dark green wall and floor tiles and a custom pendant light.
