Australia’s most advanced retirement and aged care village engages SYNC to streamline the ACT project.

Due for completion in 2019, this five block senior living community at Tuggeranong will be Australia’s most advance retirement and aged care village. LDK Healthcare features 380 serviced apartments and an aged care facility ranging from one to three bedrooms, care facilities and services including retail, a library, bar, chapel and town hall.

SYNC was engaged by LDK Healthcare to provide 116 bathroom pods across 4 typologies for the project. These bathroom pods utilise space by incorporating storage and a combination washer dryer for added convenience. Features include Surface gallery timber look tiles, matt white wall tiles and green Artedomous feature tiles to decorate the shower niche. Other bathroom accessories include silver Caroma taps, mixers and handrails and light grey joinery to match the light grey feature wall.
