205 luxury bathrooms used in construction of innovative Melbourne high-rise project.

The 42 level La Trobe Tower comprises 205 luxury one and two bedroom apartments, each featuring a well-appointed SYNC bathroom pod.

Utilising a high level of prefabrication to gain on time and quality, the 205 pods will be integrated into the building system within the Hickory factory, then transported to site as whole structural units prefitted with façade and preloaded with plaster board.

POD FEATURES:

• All bathrooms finished with tiled floors and walls, bespoke joinery, custom hardware and Italian sourced wall mounted basins.
• Project uses 9 different bathroom pod typologies that vary in complex from, with vanity, shower and toilet as standard and optional additions including built in laundries and linen closets.
