The Holiday Inn Express hotel on Little Collins Street in Melbourne is a 33 level building containing 24 guest levels, totalling 312 suites. The building will also include a 4 Level Basement Carpark with End Of Trip Facilities, 7 Level conventional podium containing; 3 Retail Tenancies and 5 Commercial Tenancies and the Hotel’s Great Room with Administration/Back Of House, function rooms and commercial tenancies.
With the success of HIEX Southbank, repeat client, Pro-invest has engaged SYNC to provide 264 bathroom pods for HIEX Little Collins, including 48 double based pods.
The pods are complete with luxurious tiled wall and floor finishes, LED lit mirrored joinery, recessed basin and modern Argent sanitary fixtures.
The double based pods are separated by a fire rated SUPA Panel, installed during manufacturing stages to minimize labour and time on-site, aswell as being approved by Fire and Acoustic Engineers.
