366 luxe SYNC bathroom pods feature in Mirvac’s 30 level residential project.

Mirvac’s Forge tower is a 30 level residential building located in Melbourne’s Docklands precinct comprising 288 apartments.

Built, developed and designed by Mirvac, the company recognised the value add modular bathrooms could bring to the project’s quality, sustainability and program.

366 prefabricated SYNC bathrooms are being used in the construction, with delivery commencing in August 2015. The 19 different pod variations feature designer finishes including 3.5mm thin porcelain floor and wall panels, matt black tapware and LED backlit vanities. Reflective glass feature walls, semi frameless shower screens, wall hung toilet pans and concealed cisterns also add to the luxe aesthetic.
