SYNC manufactures pods for Anglicare.

This project will feature 141 pods with 1 prototype and consist of 9 different typologies. This is the first project SYNC are doing for Anglicare. The project is situated in Liverpool, a wonderfully diverse suburb of greater western Sydney.

Construction has commenced and is due to finish mid-2021. The pods feature cost-effective yet modern materials and finishes with chrome bathroom fixtures from the Millenium Tradesman range. The project is a contemporary take on affordable housing and the first of many projects SYNC are doing with Lipman.
