Tell us a bit about your role at SYNC.

I’m Santi, Quality Manager at SYNC. My job is linking people and processes with our client needs.

Ever since I joined SYNC in 2018, it’s been a trajectory of growth. Starting on-site with clients and now working in the office behind the scenes, the legacy of this company has inspired me to aim high.

 

How does SYNC’s culture influence your work and interactions?

Transformation and change is part of our business nature. SYNC is the most dynamic place I’ve ever worked in, it’s the people and interactions involved that motivate me to me to face forward.

What do you enjoy most about working at SYNC?

Being able to give, support and participate in ideas that raise the bar. They give shape to what we do, where we are now and where we want to be!

 

How does SYNC ensure quality and innovation in its manufacturing processes, and how have you contributed to these efforts?

SYNC operates in close contact with every client on each project. We listen and understand each other and that give us an advantage to implement change and see the results in real time.

 

How does SYNC leverage technology to enhance q2uality?

We have recently implemented a field management system that will further improve the QA process onsite which compiles key information for our decision-making process.
